Café Event

Invitation to a tea party

This fragrant tea Swiss roll uses Ceylon tea leaves.
The sponge is mixed with finely ground tea leaves, and the buttercream filling is made with simmered tea leaves. The cake is garnished with lemon peel on top.
Enjoy an elegant tea time in the British-style mountain villa.

Wind from Arabia

This is an adapted version of basbousa, a traditional Middle Eastern dessert, designed to suit Japanese tastes.
The sponge layer cake, generously soaked with lemon syrup, is filled with lemon cream and simply topped with roasted coconut and pistachios.
Enjoy the exotic sweetness of this delicious treat.
